Ariel Pollock Star

Ariel Pollock Star is a new immigrant from Ohio, who founded a community bakery initiative in Yeruham, Israel. With a background in working with social businesses and a master's degree in applied linguistics, she aims to use food to create community connections and support local women in the area. Her project has evolved to also address mental health by providing a supportive environment through cooking and baking activities.
