Arielle Konig

Arielle Konig is a Hawaii woman who was the victim of a brutal attack by her husband, Gerhardt Konig, while they were hiking on the Pali Puka Trail. She sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized after he allegedly struck her multiple times with a rock and attempted to inject her with syringes.
