Arif Tahseen

Arif Tahseen is the additional secretary of the Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) department of social welfare, actively involved in coordinating disaster response efforts in the region following severe flooding. He recently chaired a meeting aimed at formulating a strategy for the mental and psychological rehabilitation of flood victims, emphasizing the importance of addressing the emotional impacts of the disaster on children, women, and the elderly.
