Ariful

Ariful is a dedicated entrepreneur and community organizer who has significantly impacted the lives of unemployed men and women in his village. In 2017, he founded the 'Ikorchali Poultry Development Association' with 126 poultry farmers, and he currently serves as its president. Ariful provides training and guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs, encouraging them to pursue self-employment rather than solely seeking jobs. He actively supplies poultry chicks, feed, and medicine to farmers, helping them establish their businesses and facilitating the sale of their eggs and chickens in various markets. His efforts have created employment opportunities for over 300 people in the community.
