Arjun Dey

Arjun Dey was a dedicated father and bicycle mechanic from Belonia, Tripura, who worked tirelessly to support his family on a meager income of ₹300 a day. He played a pivotal role in nurturing his daughter Asmita Dey's judo career, providing unwavering support and encouragement that allowed her to dream big despite their modest means. Tragically, he passed away shortly before Asmita's historic gold medal win at the Commonwealth Games, leaving behind a legacy of belief and resilience.
