Arlette Frascht

Arlette Frascht was a dedicated member of the Centre culturel et d’éducation populaire de Bonnevoie, who served as its president from 2001 until her passing in 2023. Known for her tireless commitment to promoting cultural education and engagement within the community, she played a significant role in attracting new volunteers and sustaining the organization’s mission of providing accessible cultural opportunities to all.
