Armend C.

Armend C. is a former director of the network department at Globecast, a subsidiary of Orange, who was recently convicted of illegally recording hundreds of hours of confidential conversations in the lead-up to the Paris 2024 Olympics. He received a one-year prison sentence, with eight months suspended, for violating privacy laws.
