Arrieta Reyes

Arrieta Reyes is a former employee of Recope who has been implicated in the Leviathan case for allegedly facilitating a multi-million dollar fuel theft scheme. He was in a relationship with Melanie Fabiola Bell Ramírez and is accused of alerting criminals about fuel deliveries, allowing them access to the refinery's facilities.
