Arsenij Jovkov

Arsenij Jovkov was a Macedonian revolutionary and publicist, best known for documenting the historical events surrounding the burial of Goce Delchev. He filmed the transportation of Delchev's remains, which became an important visual record of the Macedonian struggle for identity and independence.
