Arsenio Luzardo, commonly known as 'Tola,' is a former Uruguayan footballer celebrated for his significant contributions to the sport, particularly during his time with Club Nacional de Football. He played a pivotal role in helping Nacional clinch the Copa Libertadores title in 1980, marking a high point in his career. Prior to this success, Luzardo was part of the Uruguayan U19 team that won the Sudamericano Juvenil in 1979.
