Artem Dyblenko

Artem Dyblenko is a representative of the special reconnaissance unit of the Ukrainian Naval Forces known as 'Angels.' He gained recognition for his role in a recent operation that successfully rescued two Ukrainian soldiers, one a 29-year-old veteran of the Armed Forces and the other a 34-year-old National Guard serviceman, from captivity in temporarily occupied Luhansk. Dyblenko and his team undertook a complex and swift operation, coordinating with military ombudsman Olha Reshetylova, to ensure the safe extraction of the soldiers who had been held captive under dire conditions. His leadership and strategic planning were crucial in bringing the soldiers back to safety amidst significant danger.
