Arthur Grigoryan

Arthur Grigoryan is a friend of Aleksey Vitalyevich Lobejev, having participated in the wedding ceremony of Lobejev in 2017. Both he and another friend, Anatoly Zhelnov, are military personnel who studied at the same military faculty as Lobejev, thus sharing connections within the Belarusian defense community.
