Artur Lorkovski

Artur Lorkovski is the Director of the Energy Community Secretariat, an organization that aims to promote regional energy cooperation and ensure the integration of energy markets among its member countries. He is known for his expertise in energy policy and has been actively involved in discussions regarding energy transition and sustainability in the Balkans. Recently, he has been in the news for his high-level communications with Montenegrin officials regarding the modernization of energy infrastructure and the implementation of clean energy initiatives in Montenegro.
