Arturo Herbruger

Arturo Herbruger was the president of the Supreme Court of Justice in Guatemala during the early 1950s, later becoming the vice president of the country. His judicial decisions during the agrarian reform era were pivotal, particularly regarding the establishment of two judicial systems in response to the political climate.
