Arul Carasala

Father Arul Carasala was a beloved Catholic priest in the Archdiocese of Kansas City, serving at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Seneca, Kansas, for over 13 years. Originally from India, he was ordained in 1994 and was known for his deep faith, pastoral care, and personal connections with his parishioners, having baptized many and officiated numerous weddings and funerals. His tragic death on April 3, 2025, from a gunshot wound at his church has left the community in shock and mourning.
