Arūnas Adomėnas serves as the customs attaché of Lithuania to the European Union and is recognized as an expert in customs policy and international cooperation. He has been included in the selection committee for the leadership of Ukraine's State Customs Service, bringing valuable international perspective and expertise to the reform process.
