Arzu Javadova is the Vice President of SOCAR, Azerbaijan's state oil company. She was present at the official opening ceremony of the Ustyurt Operating Company, which focuses on geological exploration and hydrocarbon extraction in collaboration with Uzbekistan's O‘zbekneftgaz.
