Asari-Dokubo is a former militant leader and the traditional ruler of the Torusaramapiri community in Degema, Rivers State, Nigeria. Recently, he led a local security group, the Royal Fouchee Security Services, in the successful rescue of 19 abducted individuals, including eight students, who were held captive by suspected pirates for 21 days.
