Ashleigh Hallam is an English as a second language teacher at a local library in Indiana, who discovered her passion for soccer through her daughter's involvement in a recreational league. As a result of this newfound interest, she has been watching World Cup matches in Spanish, finding it a fun and effective way to bond with her Spanish-speaking students while learning the language herself.
