Ashok Kumar Bhandari

Ashok Kumar Bhandari is an Assistant Chief District Officer and Information Officer in the District Administration Office of Kathmandu. He is involved in managing local security and administrative matters, particularly in relation to public events and protests. Recently, he has been overseeing requests from the Communist Party of Nepal (UML) for venues to hold their celebrations amidst ongoing political tensions.
