Ásthildur Huber

Ásthildur Huber is a passionate chef and nutritionist who has dedicated her career to promoting healthy eating habits, particularly for women and children. After studying midwifery and nutrition in Germany, she opened a health café called Ást in Albir, Spain, before returning to Iceland after 30 years abroad. She is currently the hotel manager of Hotel Varmalandi, a four-star hotel in Borgarfjörður, where she emphasizes the importance of fresh and nutritious ingredients in her cooking.
