General Atom Kpera (retd.) is a former Military Governor of Benue State, Nigeria, who has been recognized for his leadership during a critical period of the state's history. He is currently serving as a member of President Bola Tinubu's peace committee, which was established to address the ongoing violence in Benue State and restore sustainable peace following a recent massacre in the region.
