Audun Gronvold

Audun Gronvold was a talented Norwegian athlete known for his accomplishments in both alpine skiing and freestyle skiing. He began his career as an alpine skier, winning multiple Norwegian championships before transitioning to freestyle skiing, where he achieved notable success, including a bronze medal at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. After retiring from competitive sports, he dedicated himself to coaching, contributing to the development of the Norwegian skiing team. Tragically, Gronvold passed away at the age of 49 after being struck by lightning while spending time at his cottage.
