Augusto Amato

Augusto Amato was one of the victims of the Bateau Mouche IV tragedy that occurred on December 31, 1988, in Brazil. At the age of 43, he was a father of two and had decided to celebrate the New Year with friends aboard the ill-fated boat, which resulted in his untimely death and profoundly impacted his family, particularly his daughter, Verônica Villa.
