Augusto Salinas

Augusto Salinas is a Miami resident who was involved in a legal dispute concerning the procurement of a Business Licence for Conch & Coconut, a tourism operator in the Bahamas. His affidavit revealed that he acted as an intermediary, attempting to help Pablo Conde obtain the licence by contacting a purported attorney with connections to the Department of Inland Revenue. Salinas claimed that he had no knowledge of any fraudulent activities regarding the licence and believed he was assisting in good faith.
