Aurelio Moreno Moreno
Aurelio Moreno Moreno was a Panamanian farmer and conservative who lived through significant historical changes in Panama, including its separation from Colombia in 1903. He is remembered for his loyalty to the Colombian nation during the turbulent times following the War of a Thousand Days and for eventually embracing his new identity as a Panamanian citizen after voting for the first president of Panama, Rodolfo Chiari, in 1924.
