Avinav Thakur

Avinav Thakur is an assistant registrar at the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development who was involved in the inquiry leading to the suspension of student S Aslam, and has been accused by Aslam of influencing the committee and coercing testimonies against him.
