Ayep Zaki

Ayep Zaki is the co-founder of PT Azaki Food International and an influential figure in the tempeh industry. His vision in 2005 sought to improve the management and quality of tempeh production in Indonesia, paving the way for its global export potential. After transitioning into politics, he entrusted his brother, Cucup Ruhiyat, with the continuation of their family business, which has since thrived under Cucup's leadership.
