Azfar Mahisar

Azfar Mahisar is a Deputy Inspector General of the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in Karachi, Pakistan. He has been actively involved in operations against terrorism and criminal activities in the region. Recently, he was in the news for overseeing a raid in Shah Latif Town that resulted in the deaths of four terrorists and injuries to two CTD personnel.
