Azmat Yeskaraev

Azmat Yeskaraev is a Kazakhstani lawyer and politician, known for his role as the former Minister of Justice of Kazakhstan, a position he held from January 2023 until January 2025. He began his career in the Ministry of Justice in 2000 and has held various positions within the government, including Chief Inspector of the Akimat of Almaty and working in legal services for the Sustainable Development Fund 'Kazyna.' Recently, he was appointed as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to India.
