Azul Semeñenko was a 49-year-old trans woman and a dedicated public servant working at the Center for Victim Assistance (CAV) in Neuquén, Argentina. She was reported missing for nearly a month before her body was discovered in a canal, leading to a criminal investigation into her death, which has been classified as a transfemicidio.
