Azymat Zholmanov

Azymat Zholmanov has been appointed as the new rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan, succeeding Erlan Abil. Zholmanov has a diverse background in public service, having previously held roles in the Ministry of Agriculture and the Institute for Professional Development of Public Servants, among others. His extensive experience in governmental institutions positions him to lead the Academy, which is dedicated to the education and training of civil servants in Kazakhstan.
