B. Paulino

B. Paulino, a 22-year-old resident of the Consito neighborhood in Dondo, was arrested for his alleged involvement in the kidnapping of a six-year-old girl. After the child was reported missing by her father on July 17, authorities traced a call demanding a ransom of 250,000 meticais, leading to Paulino's capture at a construction site where the girl was hidden. He claimed that the kidnapping was planned to fund his educational expenses.
