Bagdat Tolemisova

Bagdat Tolemisova is a resident of Almaty Region who recently became a victim of a fraudulent scheme promising government grants for starting a business. She was deceived into handing over two million tenge to a con artist named Albina, believing she would receive a grant within ten days. After several months without receiving the promised funds or any assistance, Tolemisova, along with other victims, reported the crime to the police.
