Baipoledi

Baipoledi is the former permanent secretary of the Ministry of Lands and Water Affairs in Botswana, who was involved in a controversial tender award process concerning a significant water supply project. His decision to award the tender at P1.8 billion to China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation was subsequently set aside by the Public Procurement Tribunal, leading to disputes over the validity of the award and accusations of mismanagement in the procurement process.
