Bakuani Diasivi

Bakuani Diasivi, a 26-year-old resident of Balbriggan, Co Dublin, was recently in the news for assaulting an 11-year-old boy on a Dart train. The incident occurred during an altercation involving his partner and the boy's older sister. Diasivi, who has a history of previous convictions, including public order and road traffic offences, admitted to punching the child and was given an 18-month suspended prison sentence by Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
