Bakytzhan Malybaev
Bakytzhan Malybaev is a Kazakh law enforcement officer born on July 23, 1969, in the Kyzyltas village of the Jambyl region. He began his career in the police force in 1990 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility, including serving as the head of the local police service in Astana and the first deputy head of the police department in Nur-Sultan. He was appointed the head of the police department of the Jambyl region in September 2024 but recently made headlines for submitting his resignation.
