Balnur Amangeldy is a talented pastry chef from Kazakhstan who moved to Paris to pursue her culinary dreams. Growing up in Astana, she found her passion for gastronomy during the pandemic, which led her to start her own small pastry business. After two years of running her online bakery, Balnur enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the world. She has since honed her skills in French cuisine and pastry arts, working with renowned chefs and in Michelin-starred restaurants, while dreaming of returning to Kazakhstan to create a world-class patisserie that embodies her experiences and values.
