Bamidele Toyin

Bamidele Toyin is a 39-year-old female labourer from Nigeria who defies gender norms and societal expectations by working on construction sites to provide for her four children. Despite being a graduate, she finds herself in the physically demanding job of mixing concrete and carrying heavy loads, as private teaching jobs offer insufficient wages in the current economic climate.
