Bandara Samarakoon

Bandara Samarakoon is a former chief engineer at the Sri Lanka Land Development Corporation, who was recently arrested alongside two others for alleged involvement in a corruption scandal related to the procurement of excavators, resulting in a substantial loss of government funds.
