Bander bin As'ad Al-Sajan

Dr. Bander bin As'ad Al-Sajan is the Director General of the Institute of Public Administration in Saudi Arabia. He has been instrumental in fostering international collaborations aimed at enhancing leadership training within the government sector. Recently, he was in the news for signing a memorandum of understanding with the Executive Education Center at the University of California, Berkeley, during Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's visit to the United States, which aims to improve the readiness and capabilities of Saudi leaders in alignment with the goals of Vision 2030.
