Barak Avital

Barak Avital is an experienced chef known for his innovative approach to Mediterranean cuisine. With a background working in several prominent restaurants in Tel Aviv and owning a restaurant in Sri Lanka, he has recently joined the Sidkiyahu family to lead the culinary direction at their new bistro in the picturesque location of Moutza, near Jerusalem.
