Barbara A. Keating
Barbara A. Keating was a 72-year-old retired executive who dedicated her career to social services, including her role as the executive director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Middlesex. She was a passenger on American Airlines Flight 11, which was hijacked and crashed into the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
