Basel El Maqousi

Basel El Maqousi is a Palestinian artist and art teacher from Gaza, known for his powerful charcoal drawings that depict the harsh realities of life under conflict. Despite the ongoing violence and displacement faced by Gazans, El Maqousi continues to create art as a form of resistance, using his work to convey messages of dignity and freedom for the Palestinian people.
