Basile Lapray

Basile Lapray is a French designer known for his innovative approach to footwear, particularly in the realm of casual and skate shoes. He founded the skate shoe label Village PM and previously worked with the outdoor brand Salomon. Recently, he garnered attention for his collaboration with Paraboot, where he created eight unique variations of the iconic Michael derby shoe to celebrate its 80th anniversary, each reflecting the distinct aesthetic of a different decade from the 20th century.
