Basir al-Dawlah was the new owner of the Ain al-Dawlah Garden, which he purchased after the original owner faced financial ruin; under his ownership, the garden transitioned from a private estate to a public space, eventually housing the esteemed Barg Gallery, a prominent art gallery in Tehran.
