Baxrom Dustnazarov is a former police inspector who was sentenced to seven years in prison for his involvement in the torture of a citizen, Abdulahad O‘rmonov, during his service in Namangan, Uzbekistan. He was found guilty of severe bodily harm, abuse of power, and falsification of evidence.
