Beatriz Botella

Beatriz Botella is a member of the association Ego Non, which advocates against the normalization of tributes to members of the terrorist group ETA. She is the granddaughter of José Francisco Mateu Cánoves, a magistrate who was murdered by ETA, and the niece of Ignacio Mateu Istúriz, a Guardia Civil officer killed in a bombing. Botella actively speaks to young students about the impact of ETA's violence and the importance of remembering the victims.
