Beatriz de Orleans, born in Neuilly-sur-Seine in 1940, is a prominent member of the French nobility and a significant figure in the luxury fashion industry. After moving to Spain in the 1970s, she became the first female CEO of Christian Dior in Spain, leading the brand for over 30 years. Known for her strong personality and commitment to promoting Spanish luxury goods abroad, she founded the Asociación Española del Lujo, which supports small artisanal businesses. Despite her aristocratic background, Beatriz values simplicity and has expressed that her title opens only a small fraction of doors while closing many others.
