Beatriz Yapura

Beatriz Yapura is the director of the Defensoría de El Alto, an institution responsible for the protection of children's rights in Bolivia. She has been vocal about the severe case of child neglect involving a set of twins, one of whom tragically died due to malnourishment and abuse.
